Disastrous experience, waiting time in consultation 2 hours. After 2 hours and tired of being passed on to patients scheduled after my hour, I left without being attended to. After asking the reception staff several times, their answer was that he called as it appeared on the computer. I don't know how they keep track of appointments nor do I care, I just want them to not deceive me. I think that if I have an appointment at 6:10 p.m., they will pick up patients at 7:00 p.m., 6:45 p.m., and 6:15 p.m. earlier.

My experience was not good. In my opinion more oriented to"sell" than to cure. Before seeing tests or anything, simply by saying that I had a lot of pain, they offered me an infiltration, which could be done that day or I could make another appointment for another month...in total, I had it done...almost two hundred euros and in one week was bad again. If this is normal, they should have explained it to me, right? I think they are focused on selling treatments and do not prioritize the patient.

The slowness in the allergy service is very surprising, more than 3 months to call me to make an appointment to review my analyzes...they tell you a date and if you can't because you work and find your life. I do not recommend at all.
